I am humbly reminded on a daily basis the struggle people face when they battle mental illness. They make look and act "normal" as a facade, but inside they can feel hopelessness and despair. So two things today: when you are struggling, seem out help. Whether it's through a loved one or professional. And if you are a loved one or professional, do not beat yourself up when you can "fix" the problems of the world.
Be kinder today, you never know the burdens people carry.
